Who this retreat is forÂ
Do you ever feel like joy is something you have to earn… something that lives in the future, just out of reach? This mini-retreat is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, soften, and rediscover the joy that is already available to you — in your body, in your breath, in this present moment.
This retreat is for you if you’re feeling emotionally or mentally tired and longing for space to reset; if you want to feel more joy but aren’t sure how to access it; if you find yourself caught in self-criticism or feelings of “not enough.” It’s for those who want practical, down-to-earth mindfulness tools without anything overly complicated, who crave meaningful connection and a sense of belonging, and who feel open to reflection, movement, and gentle personal growth. No prior meditation or movement experience is required — everything is offered with warmth, accessibility, and care.

What we will do together
- Group Introductions + Intention Setting + Opening the Circle
- Teaching Session: Find Your Pause, Find Your Joy
We’ll explore how slowing down and living more intentionally helps you notice and access more joy right here, right now. You’ll learn and practice how nervous system regulation, mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement, creativity, and play can support greater presence, appreciation, ease, and connection.
- Teaching Session: Self-Compassion for Healing
We’ll explore how self-criticism impacts wellbeing and how self-compassion can help soften the inner critic, strengthen resilience, and deepen your sense of connection. Includes guided practices to support greater self-kindness in everyday life.
- Teaching Session: Letting Go & Choosing Joy
Through guided reflection, journaling, mindful movement, and mindful play, you’ll identify what drains your energy and what truly nourishes you — and explore how to gently shift toward the people, habits, and environments that help you feel most alive.
- Reflection, Sharing & Closing the Circle
How we relate to our minds, our bodies, and our inner world profoundly shapes our capacity for joy, connection, and ease. This mini-retreat is an invitation to gently shift those patterns — to slow down, soften, and rediscover the joy that is already available to you. Join me for a nourishing 3-hour experience where you’ll learn practical, life-long tools to cultivate presence, self-compassion, and joy, while enjoying an afternoon of reflection, movement, play, and coming home to yourself.
