50% of payment is a non-refundable deposit - no exceptions. If canceling>30 days prior to the retreat, a 50% refund is available. No refunds available on cancellations 30 days or less prior to the retreat. No transfer of dates or retreat credits are available. If the retreat is canceled, a full refund is provided.
