As a wellness entrepreneur, I saw stress and anxiety deeply affecting parents and children in my community and felt compelled to take action. I immersed myself in mindfulness, neuroscience, and positive psychology. Now, I share these tools in corporate spaces like Microsoft & Ā Goldman Sachs, (supporting employees build resilience) in healthcare settings at Englewood Hospital (supporting cancer patients through the mental strain of treatment), and with my workshops, retreats and online programs.
My approach, Finding Your Pause, teaches people to take short mindful moments throughout the day to regulate emotional reactivity, calm the nervous system, and cultivate self-compassion. Iām especially passionate about supporting mothers, who often carry the heavy burden of emotional labor alongside their careers. As a dynamic and engaging speaker, Iād love to share these science-backed strategies to help more people find resilience and ease in their daily lives.
