I’m Miranda—a digital marketing strategist with 12 years of agency experience, a master’s in digital marketing, and a wellness business of my own called Find that Pause.

I’m a certified meditation teacher, resilience coach, and yoga therapist with 25+ years of experience helping people and organizations cultivate balance, clarity, and well-being. I also bring 15 years of digital marketing experience, having worked at top NYC and London agencies and earning an MS in Multimedia Systems from Trinity College, Dublin.
