Hi! I’m Miranda, I’m a certified meditation and yoga teacher, resilience coach (MS, ACC), and mindfulness facilitator who specializes in helping women reconnect with themselves through practices that blend ancient wisdom with modern science.
For the past four years, I’ve been teaching at Englewood Hospital, where I’ve developed specialized programming for three distinct populations: cancer recovery patients, healthcare workers navigating burnout and stress, and individuals managing chronic pain. This clinical work has deepened my understanding of how mindfulness and movement can support healing in real, tangible ways.
My approach is unusual because it authentically bridges three worlds: traditional yoga lineage (including six months of intensive training at the Ashtanga Yoga Shala in Mysore, India with the Jois family), traditional meditation practices, and neuroscience-backed mindfulness and mindset coaching. I’ve trained with Mastermind’s neuroscience-specialized program, which qualifies me to teach at corporate clients like Goldman Sachs and Microsoft, and I’ve studied with some of the most respected teachers in the field—Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jack Kornfield, Susan Salzberg, and Kristin Neff.
What makes my work different is this integration. I’m not interested in woo-woo fluff or surface-level wellness. I teach truly holistic practices that have been tested over thousands of years and validated by contemporary research—nervous system science, self-compassion work, and somatic practices that help women do deep inner work without it feeling intimidating or “too much.”
I know what it’s like to rebuild after hard things. To question everything. To slowly find your way back to yourself. And I’m passionate about creating safe, accessible spaces where other women can do the same—not someday, but right now.
