Mindful movement and meditation - Gentle practices to help you decompress and unwind. Personalized for every body and experience level, so whether you’re brand new or have practiced for years, you’ll feel held and restored.
Nature as your teacher - An interactive exploration of “green mind” - the science behind why nature calms our nervous system. Through short, relaxing practices, you’ll discover how to use nature as a tool to find yourself again, even in your everyday life.
Forest bathing meditation - A guided practice in nature (weather permitting) where you can simply BE. No doing, no fixing, no managing. Just you, the trees, and the space to breathe.
Sound bath for deep restoration - We close with an extended sound meditation that soothes your nervous system at the deepest level. You’ll leave feeling genuinely relaxed - the kind that stays with you when you walk back through your front door.
