Find that Pause: Pain Recovery Coaching
You’ve done everything right. The doctors. The scans. The physio. The medications. And you’re still in pain. If you’re someone who has been living with chronic pain long enough to know that the traditional medical route isn’t going to fix it — you’re in the right place. There is another way. And the research backs it up.
Let's Connect
Welcome. I’m Miranda, a pain recovery coach — and I’ve lived this too.
I was diagnosed with scoliosis as a child. Painful enough to stop me competing as an athlete. My pediatrician pointed me toward yoga.  Thirty years of daily practice later, I don’t live with pain anymore.
Later, as an adult, I faced chronic anxiety. I used the same approach — consistent daily practice, meditation, and nervous system regulation — and now I’m chronic anxiety free too.
I didn’t just study this methodology. I healed myself with it. Over thirty years, every single day. That’s not a coincidence. That’s what a daily practice does to a nervous system over time.
And it’s exactly what I want to help you build in 3 months ( not 30 years!).
I’m also a pain recovery coach at Lin Health and Englewood Hospital, where I work with people living with real, serious, chronic pain — and I see these tools work, over and over again.
Let's ConnectYour Nervous System Learned This Pain.
It Can Also Unlearn It.
Breakthroughs in neuroscience have completely changed how we understand chronic pain. Research now shows that many chronic pain conditions — including fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, and nerve pain — are driven by an overactive pain signaling system in the brain. This is called neuroplastic pain.
And because the brain created this pattern, the brain can also retrain it.
In a landmark study of chronic low back pain, 98% of participants reduced their pain using a brain-first approach — and 66% were completely pain-free at the end of treatment. Read the NIH summary
That means sleeping through the night. Moving your body again. Showing up for your family without pain running the show. Not thinking about your health every single moment of your day.
That’s not a dream. That’s what the research shows is possible — and what I’ve seen happen, over and over, with real people in real pain.
This is not therapy, physiotherapy, or medicine. Find That Pause: Pain Recovery Coaching is a non-clinical, trauma-informed coaching model that gives you the tools, the structure, and the accountability to actually do the work — with a coach who has lived it herself.
I integrate pain neuroscience education, pain reprocessing coaching, somatic tracking for chronic pain, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation into one structured, personalised container built around you.
In 3–6 months, pain goes from the main event to background noise.
 A Little About Me
- I’ve been a yoga and meditation practitioner and teacher for over 25 years, training with leading teachers in India, the UK, and the US. I practice daily and teach only what has genuinely served me.
- I work as a chronic pain coach in NJ at Englewood Hospital, teaching yoga and meditation to patients in cancer recovery and those experiencing chronic pain.
- I coach at Lin Health, a neuroplastic pain coaching company where I work with dozens of people in pain recovery every week — and where 90% of members report life-changing reductions in pain within 4–6 months.
- As a chronic pain coach NJ, I support local clients in person and online.
- My training spans pain neuroscience education, pain reprocessing therapy (PRT), somatic practices, mindfulness facilitation, and nervous system regulation for chronic pain.Â
If you’re living with fibromyalgia, nerve pain, lower back pain, migraines, IBS, chronic fatigue, or an autoimmune disorder — and you have a gut feeling that your nervous system is part of the picture — I’d love to work with you.

My clients are people who have hit a wall with traditional medicine and are ready to try a brain-based, mind–body approach to pain recovery.
- You live with a condition like fibromyalgia, nerve pain, lower back pain, migraines, IBS, chronic fatigue, or autoimmune disorders.
- You have an intuition that stress, trauma, or your nervous system needing to be soothed  is part of the picture — but you haven’t found anyone to actually help you work with that.
- You want practical tools you can use in real life, including at 3am when the pain wakes you up and you want to get back to sleep
And quietly, you are wondering: is this just my life now?Â
It doesn’t have to be. I work as a chronic pain coach in Bergen County, Tenafly NJ, and online for clients who prefer to work remotely.
