Terms and Conditions Agreement

Between Retreat Participant (YOU) and Find That Pause / Miranda Lee / Retreat Teachers

Lodging

• Check-in: Between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
• Check-out: By 10:00 am. You may remain on campus until your event finishes, but guest rooms must be vacated and all personal belongings removed. Our retreat centers / Find That Pause is not responsible for items left behind.
• Departure Protocol: Ensure windows are closed, and fans and lights are off. Place used towels and washcloths in the laundry chutes at the end of the hall. Non-compliance will incur a $20.00 fee.
• Facility Condition: Leave all facilities and equipment clean and orderly, as they were before the retreat, except for normal wear and tear.
• Substance Policy: Illegal drugs, marijuana, and alcohol are prohibited on the premises.
• All our retreat centers are non-smoking and Smoking is not allowed 
• Swimming is at your own risk

Dining Services

• Meals: Include salads, vegetables, and protein choices. No shellfish, pork, or beef. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available. Note: the kitchen is not allergen- or gluten-free certified. Guests with severe allergies or celiac disease should bring their own food. Microwaves and refrigerators are available in each kitchenette.
• Meal Times:
• Breakfast: 8:00 am
• Lunch: Noon
• Dinner: 5:30 pm
• Meal Time Changes: Changes can be accommodated for a $150.00 fee per change.

Liability

• Physical Activity: Retreat practices include physical movement, which carries a risk of injury. If you experience pain or discomfort, stop and ask for support. Retreat activities are not substitutes for medical attention. Consult your physician before participating if you have any medical conditions. You are responsible for deciding whether to practice retreat activities and agree to release and waive any claims against Miranda Lee and/or Find That Pause.
• All services by Find that Pause and Miranda Lee are not a substitute for professional advice, care or treatment. If you are suffering from a disease or symptom, including depression, anxiety or suicidality, that has not been evaluated by a Medical Doctor or Psychiatrist, it is recommended that you receive a medical assessment and advice prior to participating in services from Find that Pause by Miranda Lee.
• Hold Harmless Clause: You agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Find That Pause and our Retreat Center,, including their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, trustees, officers, employees, servants, volunteers, and agents from all actions, lawsuits, liabilities, losses, penalties, fines, costs (including personal injury, property damage, and legal fees) arising from your use of the premises and any negligent or intentional actions or failures to act.
• Assumption of Costs: You will assume the investigation, defense, and expenses of all such claims and causes of action. All costs, expenses, damages, and losses incurred must be paid within 15 days of written demand by Find that Pause .

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

For cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date, any payments made may be transferred to a friend or family member for their participation in the retreat. If transferring is not feasible, we reserve the right to attempt to fill the vacated spot. If successful, we will refund the amount you have already paid. If unsuccessful, no refund will be issued. No refunds will be given within 60 days of the retreat start date.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept all the guidelines and policies outlined above.
