Terms and Conditions Agreement - Online Group Programs 

Between Retreat Participant (YOU) and Find That Pause / Miranda Lee / Retreat Teachers  

Find that Pause (Miranda Lee) offers the following complementary & alternative services: Positive Psychology & Mindset Coaching, Private Coaching Packages, Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga, Mindful Movement, Somatic Experiencing, Online Group Programs, Wellness Retreats, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) (Tapping), Self Compassion training, Yoga Nidra, Business Coaching and Wellness Events. This agreement is for participation in a online program that can include discussion and practice of any of the modalities above. By signing this waiver I am agreeing that I have read and understand the following:

  • Physical Activity: Program practices include gentle physical movement, which carries a small risk of injury. If you experience pain or discomfort, stop and ask for support.  Consult your physician before participating if you have any medical conditions. You are responsible for deciding whether to practice program activities and agree to release and waive any claims against Miranda Lee and/or Find That Pause.
  • Mental Health: Miranda Lee and/or Find That Pause is not a licensed therapist, psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist or medical doctor nor is she trained in Western diagnosis and treatment. All services by Find that Pause are not a substitute for professional advice, care or treatment. If you are suffering from a disease or symptom, including depression, anxiety, or suicidality, that has not been evaluated by a Medical Doctor or Psychiatrist, it is recommended that you receive a medical assessment and advice before participating in services from Find that Pause. If you are in treatment with a Medical Doctor, Psychiatrist or Mental Health provider, please check with them that a Find that Pause program is suitable for you before attending. 
  • During services with Find that Pause, it is the client’s responsibility to immediately report any physical or psychological pain, distress, discomfort or injury to Miranda Lee. 
  • Benefits and outcomes by Find that Pause services are not guaranteed.
  • Information, skills and practices provided by Find that Pause are alternative health recommendations. Any loss, injury or damage to the participant that occurs after receiving services from Find that Pause are not at the fault of Miranda Lee or Find that Pause.
  • By participating in this program, you consent to the recording of all video calls. Participants have the option to keep their cameras on or off and are encouraged to share only to the extent they feel comfortable.
  • Recorded sessions may be used as part of the program platform for course content or may be repurposed into future course materials. If you have any concerns regarding the use of recorded sessions, please contact us prior to participating.

I acknowledge that not all risks can be known in advance. By signing below you agree that you have read and understand the above information and give my permission to begin participation in services offered by Miranda Lee. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, psychological effects, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in these services and knowingly and willingly waive any claim I may have against Miranda Lee and/or Find that Pause.

    Join a supportive community to explore the material together, ask questions, and share your journey. Recordings provided if you’re unable to attend LIVE.

    Take a breather to reflect, absorb, and embed the teachings before continuing your journey.
