  • Balance Payments: Additional payment will be scheduled by retreat leaders once your deposit is confirmed

  • Waiver: Guests must sign our waiver before attending the retreat

  Cancellation Policy

  • Your $550 deposit is non-refundable.

  • If cancellation is 180 days or more 100% refund of the total retreat cost (not including NON-REFUNDABLE deposit)

  • 90 to 179 days 50% refund of total retreat cost (not including NON-REFUNDABLE deposit)

  • 89 days or less NON-REFUNDABLE; No refund of total retreat cost

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

  ✈ Flights: We recommend flying into Porto Airport (OPO). Direct flights are available from major New York area airports.
  🚗 Transfers: The retreat location in the Douro Valley is approximately 1.5 hours from Porto. Transfer options will be provided closer to the date.
